RoleĀ ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā
Lead Enterprise Intelligence StrategyĀ
Design and implement the enterprise intelligence framework that aligns with strategic goals and risk appetite.Ā
Select andĀ optimizeĀ tools, processes, and workflows to minimize disruption and strengthenĀ riskĀ awareness andĀ decision awareĀ decisionĀ making.Ā
Build standardized taxonomies, escalation playbooks, and severity models for consistent signal interpretation and response.Ā
Establish governance to ensure responsible and effective use of intelligence data.Ā
Continuously evolve the program through insights, best practices, and postlaunch lessons.Ā
Shape Monitoring & ReportingĀ
Deliver clear, compelling executive dashboards and intelligence reports that guideĀ timelyĀ action.Ā
Develop and refine monitoring tools that elevate accuracy, clarity, and enterprise visibility.Ā
Inspire & LeadĀ
Lead and coachĀ crossĀ functionalĀ and matrixed teams toward a shared intelligence vision.Ā
Champion a culture of proactive detection, smart escalation, and informedĀ decision-making.Ā
Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, speed, and business impact.Ā
Communicate powerfully with leaders, executives, board members, and regulators.Ā
RoleĀ RequiredĀ
10+ years in enterprise roles such as risk, research/insights, strategy, market intelligence, or customer intelligence.Ā
7+ years of leadership experience, includingĀ influence-based leadershipĀ across complex organizations.Ā
A record of accomplishmentĀ of buildingĀ cross functionalĀ operating models.Ā
Strong systemsĀ valuationĀ skills with the ability to turn fragmented data intoĀ executive readyĀ insights.Ā
Comfort with ambiguity andĀ operatingĀ at a senior/executive level.Ā
Experience withĀ AI poweredĀ insight platforms or AI product development (strong plus).Ā
Bachelorās degreeĀ required;Ā MasterāsĀ degree in a related field strongly preferred.Ā
Certifications in Systems Thinking or AI Product & Services Development are a bonus.Ā

The on-target earnings range is $175,000Ā - $195,000 perĀ year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidatesā qualifications, skills, and competencies.Ā
