This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.  

Job Details: 

• $0.45-$0.51 per mile* 
• Detention pay: $20-$25/hr
• Drop and hook: $37.00 per stop 
• Live load/unload: $48 per stop 
• Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
• Hazmat: $25 per load
• Refrigerated: $30 per load
• Driver assist: $25 per load
• Empty move: $20-$30 per load
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Rail delays: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery event: $37-$48 per load
• Truck order not used: $20
• Waiting on truck: $20 per hour
• Yard checks: $20 per hour 
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• New hire training period: $200 per day for an average of 5 days per day 
• Holiday pay: $220 per day??? 
• Dunnage: $10
• 6th day incentive: $100-$250

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
