Essential JobĀ ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • MailĀ ServicesĀ includesĀ metering,Ā sorting,Ā andĀ distributingĀ mailĀ and accountable packagesĀ per scheduleĀ Ā 

  • Copy ServicesĀ includesĀ accurately producingĀ copy,Ā printĀ and scan projectsĀ perĀ written instructionsĀ 

  • ReceptionĀ includesĀ answering incoming telephone calls andĀ routing toĀ theĀ appropriateĀ person, willĀ greet and announce visitors in a friendly andĀ professionalĀ mannerĀ Ā Ā 

  • Hospitality ServicesĀ includesĀ coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms,Ā common areasĀ and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as neededĀ 

  • Floor CoordinationĀ includesĀ the upkeep of copy roomsĀ andĀ stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceĀ Ā 

  • FacilitiesĀ ServicesĀ may includeĀ hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaningĀ servicesĀ and communication with key client contactsĀ regardingĀ building/equipment concerns

Ā Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:Ā 

  • Strong hospitality and customer service mindset with a focus on ā€œconcierge-levelā€ experience delivery

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Working knowledge of meeting room technology, AV setups, and basic IT troubleshooting escalation processes

  • ProficiencyĀ in workplace service platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communicationĀ skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, executives, and internal teams

  • High attention to detail in room setup, inventory management, and service execution

  • Ability to act as a liaison and problem-solver across multiple departments

  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest service

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Qualifications:Ā 

Education:Ā 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:Ā 

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace services,Ā facilitiesĀ coordination, or event support, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.Ā 

The Compensation range for this role is up to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
