  • Manage all transaction details from contract to close, including timelines, contractual milestones, documentation, and communication with all parties.

  • Maintain organized, accurate, and compliance‑ready transaction files within required systems.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all deal stakeholders, delivering proactive updates and high‑touch support tailored to a luxury clientele.

  • Work collaboratively with agents, clients, and third parties to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.

  • Maintain an active real estate license in good standing to perform authorized tasks, such as drafting contract addenda and amendments.

  • Execute full end‑to‑end transaction processing including entering expenses, validating transaction data, preparing commission invoices, calculating payouts, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate agent payments.

  • Support agents in the preparation of listings, including MLS management and organization of property information.

  • Deliver a high‑touch, concierge‑style service experience rooted in professionalism, warmth, and expertise.

  • Serve as a Global Luxury ambassador by upholding the brand’s elevated standards in communication, execution, and client experience.

  • Support top‑producing agents with an energetic, “no task too small” mindset, contributing equally to high‑level problem‑solving and day‑to‑day operational needs.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting top‑producing or luxury agents strongly preferred.

  • Active, Colorado real estate license in good standing required.

  • Familiarity with MLS platforms, listing processes, and basic marketing tools.

  • Experience in a high‑end service environment or luxury brand is a plus.

Competencies:

  • Polished Professionalism: Communicates with poise, confidence, and brand‑aligned presentation in every interaction.

  • High Energy & Presence: Brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to supporting both agents and clients.

  • People‑First Approach: Anticipates needs, delivers elevated service, and supports a luxury client experience.

  • Process Management: Manages multiple workflows efficiently, maintaining accuracy and consistency in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Adaptability: Thrives amid change, shifting priorities, and evolving agent needs.

  • Continual Learner: Brings a growth mindset—open to new processes, tools, and ideas regardless of prior experience or age.
