Primary Responsibilities Â
Serve as a key relationship manager for clients, meeting all service needs and achieving high levels of retention. Â
Develop and communicate customized wealth planning strategies based on clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Partner in the long-term succession and continuity planning of the practice
Serve as a secondary advisor for selected clients as needed. Â
Support organic growth and onboard new client relationships through organic pipelines, Custodian Referral Programs, and Workplace Solution Programs. Â
Lead and/or actively participate in prospect presentations and guide new clients through the onboarding process. Â
Lead client meetings through all phases of our wealth planning process. Â
Coordinate with internal departments (tax, legal, investment teams etc.) to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s financial plan. Â
Identify cross-department solutions for client needs and able to speak generally of other service offerings. Â
Mentor Associate Advisors and Client Service Associates, helping them grow in confidence, decision-making, and client presence.
Model Cerity Partners' fiduciary mindset, collaborative approach, and client-first culture.
Proactively interact with clients and lead team to create a spectacular client experience. Â
Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests. Â
Involvement in company committees and/or firm-wide initiatives. Â
Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as directed. Â

Required Qualifications: Â
Bachelor’s degree Â
Series 65Â Â Â
Completion of CFP® or CFA designation– CPA, JD, CHFC, or another approved advanced designation/degree
7-10+ years of industry experience
Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Required Skills and Competencies: Â
Proven leader, decision-maker, and subject matter expert. Â
Independently sources new client revenue and expands upon existing client relationships. Â
Independently develops and communicates wealth planning strategies and manages client relationships.Â
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with both external clients and internal collaboration. Â
Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
Ability to listen and empathize with clients, spot, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial concepts to provide solutions. Â
Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required.
Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Â
Tenacious about doing what is right for the client – always. Â
Ability to remain steady under pressure, read human dynamics accurately, and help clients regain a sense of agency during periods of rapid change or uncertainty.
Physical RequirementsÂ
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  Â
Compensation Range:Â
$140,000 - $160,000
