What does a Sanitizer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Sanitizer is responsible for the internal sanitation of all blending systems and production fillers in CSD and still beverage production areas, as well as the sanitation of the water treatment area and quality assurance laboratory areas. Equipment in these areas include tanks, lines, valves, conveyors, manifolds, floors and walls. Adherence to predetermined GMP policies is required.

Pay: $20.31 - $24.86
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all blending, carbonating, & filling equipment, syrup lines, syrup hoses, and syrup tanks and floors and walls in the associated areas
- Responsible for the operational and housekeeping issues of our in-house Water Treatment Facility, sanitation of exterior surfaces of equipment in Bulk and Mix rooms, and taking care of GMP housekeeping within the syrup room and filling areas
- Properly and accurately test and titrate chemical solutions
- Complete post sanitation testing and pre-operational inspections
- Manage and operate computer controlled Clean In Place (CIP) systems
- Complete required safety training annually
- Adhere to and continually improve the JHA and PPE where required
- Adhere to all Company policies and standards and maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Management System Awareness and ISO Standards
- Support the Quality, Environmental and Safety System as required
- Environmental Compliance
- Adhere to all food safety requirements and report problems
- Safely work with and prepare cleaning chemicals using required PPE
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- 1+ years Sanitation / Cleaning Experience preferred
- 1+ years Production / Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion
- Basic math proficiency for chemical measurement and titration
- Accurately follow detailed work instructions and SOPs
