Zayo is seeking an Accounts PayableCoordinator to join our AP team. Our Accounts PayableCoordinator ensures a high volume of invoices areaccurately and timelyprocessed and is responsible for processing invoices across multiple entities and currencies. Our Accounts PayableCoordinator position is integral to the mission statement of Zayo to provide the very best services to our customers and vendors.Â
*Hybrid role in Denver, CO - minimum 2 days/week in the office
Responsibilities:Â
Accurately process invoicesincluding multi-currency invoices and credit memosÂ
Ensure all invoices have proper approval and follow Zayo policyÂ
Collaborate with Zayo partners to resolve vendor questions/ issuesÂ
Coordinate emergency payment requestsÂ
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly for urgent situationsÂ
Provide audit support as necessaryÂ
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal contacts as well as vendorsÂ
Participate in development and implementation of projects to assist in accomplishing team goalsÂ
Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned and within deadlinesÂ
Ensure any payments on behalf of our Securitization entity are made timely  Â
  Qualifications and Skills:
Associates degree or higher, preferredÂ
2-3 years of experience in a high-volume A/P environment, preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce systems a plusÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Strong sense of teamwork is necessary with ability to work independentlyÂ
Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plusÂ
Excellent analytical, judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changeÂ
Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectivelyÂ
High energy individual with strong work ethicÂ
Must be a self-motivator who is able to maintain confidentiality and multi-taskÂ
Well organized and methodicalÂ
Pro-active individual that uses their initiativeÂ
Ability to perform detailed error-free repetitive workÂ
Estimated Base Pay Range: $16.39 - $26.00 USD/hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
