· Medical Documentation and Billing: Document injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation of injured student-athletes. Maintain student-athlete pre-season paperwork, injury/documentation of therapy, medical billing requirements, and communication and Internet access hardware and software.

· Budget Management & Inventory Oversight:

Assist the Head Athletic Trainer in managing the program’s budget, including inventory control, supply bid allocation, insurance contracts, and training room facility maintenance. Ensure timely acquisition of necessary equipment and materials.

· Pre-Participation Exam (PPE) & Compliance Coordination: Oversee the collection and processing of all required PPE and compliance documentation per NCAA, RMAC, and Regis Athletic Department guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for student-athletes and parents regarding documentation requirements and ensure all athletes are cleared for participation.

· Professional Development & Compliance: Remain current on Higher Ed Athletics trends, best practices, and regulations by engaging in ongoing professional development. Attend and participate in NATA, RMAC, and NCAA meetings to enhance knowledge and improve performance in the role.

· Brand & Community Engagement: Represent Regis University Athletics in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, faculty, staff, and the community. Actively participate in university and athletic department events to promote the program’s mission and visibility.

· Fundraising: Participate fully in department fundraising events and activities, as wellas university and special project campaigns.
