Core Responsibilities to be Shared with Manager
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily, on-site operations and ensure compliance with franchise policies.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, coach, and supervise team members, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Customer Service & Sales: Deliver and oversee "world-class" customer service, resolving complaints and boosting sales of products and services.
- Product Handling: Process customer shipments, returns, and expert packing; operate POS systems for transactions.
- Print Services: Assist with printing, copying, and finishing services.
- Inventory & Security: Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies, and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Reporting: Help the Store Manager with financial reports, cost control, and expense tracking.Â
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least one year of supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (for printing).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.
- Key Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities.
- Notary:Â Have or be willing to complete public notary training.Â
