What You’ll Do:      Sales & Customer Experience Leadership Lead by example greeting clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion. Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, while embracing change and new opportunities. Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships. Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales. Support the store’s success by guiding the team, reinforcing selling standards, and keeping the floor running smoothly. Operational Excellence Support daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, and promotions, while upholding brand standards and using store systems and data to prioritize work and drive efficient, customer-focused execution. Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow.   QualificationsRequirements:  18 years of age or older.  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.  Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings. Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.  Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In addition, they will be eligible to receive 8 paid company recognized holidays and will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on these holidays.
