NOW HIRING: Bilingual Assistant Clinical Director/Therapist (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Clinical Director to join our SUD treatment team. This position works directly alongside the Clinical Director and plays an active role in clinical operations, staff development, compliance, and client care.

Pay $80,000-85,000/Annually/DOE 
Schedule: M-F (9:30-5:30pm) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, train, and provide clinical guidance to staff

  • Assist with individual and group clinical supervision, including supervision toward staff licensure

  • Conduct chart and documentation audits

  • Maintain a small client caseload

  • Complete intakes, BPS assessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan reviews

  • Support Spanish-speaking intakes and clients

  • Assist with behavioral interventions, behavioral contracts, crisis needs, and referrals for mental health/psychiatric evaluations

  • Communicate with probation/parole officers and other members of clients’ care teams

  • Assist with team meetings, case consultations, group supervision, and team-building efforts

  • Ensure clinical documentation meets program and regulatory requirements

  • Support running SUD groups 

  • Stay current with Colorado Medicaid, BHA, and SUD treatment requirements

  • Provide after-hours clinical support as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent/bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Active Colorado clinical license/credential required – LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent

  • Experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment

  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills

  • Ability to provide clinical supervision toward licensure when permitted by credentialing requirements

  • Leadership, staff supervision, and/or training experience strongly preferred
