Client Services Associate
Job DescriptionÂ
The Client Services Associate provides full support to one or more Advisors & will primarily manage the execution of all of Advisors’ recommendations, preparation & closure of client meetings. Those responsibilities include data collection for investment analysis & operations, risk management implementation & service, and drafting client communication. This position will allow the associate to get broad exposure to an integrated financial planning practice.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Insurance OperationsÂ
Prepare Insurance documents for client meetingsÂ
Assist clients through the insurance application process through underwriting to policy deliveryÂ
Monitor case progress and follow-up proactivelyÂ
Manage insurance policy servicingÂ
Investment OperationsÂ
Prepare investment documents for client meetingsÂ
Open and fund new accountsÂ
Execute account transfer, rollovers, and money-movement requestsÂ
Manage investment servicingÂ
Client CorrespondenceÂ
Answer inbound phone & email inquiriesÂ
Handle client service requestsÂ
Proactively communicate with VIV Wealth Partners team and clients regarding account onboarding and servicingÂ
Daily Time Spent (Approx.)Â

QualificationsÂ
BA/BS Degree required; Financial Planning/Finance/Economics/Business Major highly preferredÂ
Life & Health and Series 7 PreferredÂ
Must have strong organizational & prioritization skillsÂ
Excellent follow-up & follow-through capabilitiesÂ
Task orientedÂ
Professional attitude, flexibility, demeanor, & appearanceÂ
Must be an above-average communicator with exceptional interpersonal skillsÂ
Must have an understanding of investments & general financial knowledgeÂ
Previous work experience in the financial industry is preferredÂ
Must be able to demonstrate ability to build & maintain client relationships and trustÂ
Salary/BenefitsÂ
- $65K - $105K depending on experience

Licensing TrackÂ
All associates must obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within the first 6 months of employment. All costs (study materials &Â exam) for the first try are covered by employer.Â
