Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Client Services Representative who will be responsible for managing a book of business for both TPA and Non-TPA clients to ensure key deliverables are met, driving both business growth and client retention.

Work Mode: Worked in a hybrid environment, collaborating in our Denver office 2 days per week while managing responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service through email, phone, and other client communication channels.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including retention, issue resolution, communications, and product-related support.
  • Apply industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet goals and support client needs independently.
  •  Identify, analyze, and document client business needs by gathering specifications, conducting research, and recommending solutions.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding Safe Harbor IRA account setup and transfers with outside Third Party Administrator firms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in operational role including professional phone and e-mail correspondence
  • Functional/technical skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong, clear communication (both written and oral English), including influencing skills  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Stay connected to and be readily available in team chat

Hourly range $25-30/hr  

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
