JSM Airport Services, LLC is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our CMMS Data Administrator role. This is a career-track opportunity, and we are looking for an individual ready to commit to a long-term professional future with our company, with an expected commitment of at least 1 year. The CCMS Data Administrator role is to utilize and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (Fiix), as it relates to the requirements of our contract with same. This role will also be instrumental in the creation of periodic maintenance work orders and various management reporting.

Compensation:

  • Full Time
  • Weekly Pay 
  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $25.00 (Dependent on Experience)

Work Schedule: 

Must be able to work as scheduled (this is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week operation). Holidays will be included if they fall on a scheduled workday. Shift assignments are based on the airport and company requirements, as well as a technician's strengths, skill set, and experience. Our technicians are expected to be flexible in terms of prospective shift assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate, complete, and timely entry of data into the various Fiix Preventative Maintenance Module(s)
  • Perform periodic reviews and data tracking of key performance indicators, as required by contract.
  • Maintain the Fiix database of assets.
  • Generate reports on various scheduled timelines, as assigned by management and as required by contract.
  • Interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals between JSM & Associates and City and County of Denver (CCD), including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Safety and compliance training as required. 
  • Perform other reasonable ancillary duties to support the operation and our customer.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required.
  • At least one (1) year of database software experience (preferred but not required), including knowledge of scripting and how databases work (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Previous experience with EAM or CMM software (highly preferred, but not required)
  • Must demonstrate intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel (for report modification/data manipulation)
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet defined deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams, a self-starter.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Additional Requirements: 

The employee must be able to successfully pass a drug screening, a drivers’ license check and validation, a ten (10) year Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), federal fingerprinting and security threat assessment as well as airport security badging.

Continued employment is subject to all the above requirements on an ongoing basis, failure of passing any of the above requirements may result in immediate termination.
