POSITION OVERVIEWÂ
Fidelity National Title is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our Denver team. This role supports Commercial Escrow Officers throughout all stages of complex real estate transactions, from opening new orders through post-closing documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and follow-through, and enjoys being an integral part of a team that manages high-value commercial deals from start to finish.Â

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Open new escrow orders and manage files through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standardsÂ
Review and scrub title commitments to identify and track outstanding requirements, working closely with clients and internal partners to clear title and resolve issuesÂ
Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure all documents and funds are received for closingÂ
Coordinate with the assigned Escrow Officer to prepare settlement statements, collect and disburse funds, and ensure timely and accurate closingsÂ
Handle incoming deposits, approve outgoing wires and checks, and maintain accurate escrow accounting recordsÂ
Prepare final closing packages, ensure all post-closing documentation is completed, and manage file retention per company policyÂ
Maintain proactive task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently metÂ
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on client satisfaction and transaction accuracyÂ
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSÂ
High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
Requires 0 – 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or ProcessorÂ
Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transaction documentationÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related title/escrow software systemsÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approachÂ
High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentÂ
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive in follow-up and task completionÂ
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a teamÂ
PREFERRED EXPERIENCEÂ
Experience supporting complex or multi-site commercial transactionsÂ
Familiarity with mail-away closings and disbursement proceduresÂ
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining composure and accuracy under pressureÂ
Previous experience working with Fidelity National Title or another national title underwriterÂ
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $25.00 – $33.00 hourly.
