Description
The analyst will collect, examine, and synthesize customer-related data to uncover trends and spending patterns, providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer value. Additionally, the role supports client requirements for forklift fleet management, telematics, and online monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and fleet data to uncover trends, improve customer experience, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Datarails, and other platforms) to track KPIs, performance, and customer value.
- Evaluate and improve customer-facing processes, ensuring accurate data and effective reporting systems.
- Support Managed/Major Account Managers by providing insights, scorecards, and customer-focused analysis.
- Configure and maintain forklift telematics and online monitoring systems, ensuring accurate data flow and proper device integration.
- Monitor fleet performance data to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct testing, and collaborate with warehouse teams, IT, and vendors to align technology solutions.
- Train end users on telematics platforms and maintain documentation on system setups and workflows.
- Recommend enhancements to analytical tools, systems, and customer data processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data tools such as Python.
- 5+ years in business intelligence/data analysis, plus experience in systems, business, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities with proven experience interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture.
- Experience with financial modeling and operational performance analysis preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in data extraction, problem‑solving, organization, and time management.
- Detail‑oriented with strong customer service and teamwork abilities, while also able to work independently.
