We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Denver, CO location. This position services customers with information, product exchanges or repairs in a timely, helpful friendly manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
Work to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer’s language.
Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and product

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Bilingual – fluent in Spanish is a plus

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $30.00 hour
