Customer Service Representative

Overview

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has an exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives.

This position pays $21-24 per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity. 

We are looking for the following schedules:

• Thursday, Friday, Monday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
• Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm

What you will do: 

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute 
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers 

• Data entry of sensitive information 
• General inbound customer service  

What you bring: 

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask 
• Conscientious, team player 
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
