We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead a thriving, single-provider PPO and FFS family dental practice in the Lowry Town Square area of East Denver, near 2nd Avenue and Quebec Street.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who understands that a successful dental practice is built on engaged employees, exceptional patient care, strong operational performance, and a culture of accountability and teamwork.
We treat a wide variety of patients and are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the practice operates efficiently and achieves its business goals.
What You'll Do
As the Office Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day leader of the practice, partnering closely with the Lead Dentist and reporting to the Regional Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the dental team through meaningful employee engagement, accountability, and ongoing development
- Create a positive, collaborative culture where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best
- Partner with the Lead Dentist to establish and achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals
- Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, collections, insurance, treatment coordination, and overall office performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to improve results
- Support team training, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and service excellence
- Effectively address employee and patient concerns using sound judgment and strong conflict-resolution skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, profitability, and the overall patient experience
- Build strong relationships with patients and team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

You will be successful in this role if you:
- Have extensive experience in dental practice operations, preferably in a Dental Office Manager or Practice Manager role
- Understand the unique dynamics of a dental practice and can confidently navigate both the patient and business sides of the operation
- Have exceptional conflict-resolution and communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and maturity
- Are able to coach and develop employees while holding the team accountable
- Are naturally motivating and know how to inspire people and drive results
- Are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Have strong business acumen and understand how operational decisions impact practice performance
- Are comfortable working with practice KPIs and using data to identify opportunities and drive improvement
- Can build a strong, trusting partnership with the Lead Dentist
- Are passionate about patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

Education and Experience
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
