As a Dental Field Trainer at Enable Dental, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our mobile dental team members by delivering comprehensive and engaging training programs. You will ensure that all clinical and operational staff are fully equipped to provide exceptional mobile dental care, uphold compliance standards, and embody our company values in every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and update training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development related to clinical protocols, mobile operations, patient communication, safety, and compliance.
  • Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, including shadowing, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Evaluate trainees’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for additional support or improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to identify training needs and gaps to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, dental technologies, and regulatory requirements to integrate into training materials.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and contribute to building a culture of learning and development across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dental clinical roles, preferably with mobile dentistry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dental clinical procedures, infection control, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in delivering training or educational sessions, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to various patient locations for on-site training.
  • Comfort with remote training technologies and virtual communication platforms.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive company vehicles.
  • Passion for teaching and developing others, with patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $60,000.00 -$70,000.00
