Full-Time Float Patient Service Representative

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (Hours will vary based on business needs)

Locations You'll Support

• Aurora: 3055 S. Parker Road, Building A, Suite 103, Aurora, CO 80014

• Dry Creek: 125 Inverness Drive East, Suite 150, Englewood, CO 80112

• Uptown: 2101 S. Blackhawk Street, Suite 150, Aurora, CO 80014

• Castle Rock: 3911 Ambrosia Street, Suite 104, Castle Rock, CO 80109

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned locations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients

• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments

• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations

• Answer incoming phone calls

• Check patients in and out

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Assist with billing-related documentation

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting multiple imaging centers

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred

• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
