The Role: Front Desk ReceptionistÂ
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see when they arrive. You’ll keep everything running smoothly, from checking people in to answering calls and making sure everyone feels welcome, heard, and supported.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
- Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalismÂ
- Update and verify visitor information with every interactionÂ
- Assist with forms and answer general questionsÂ
- Build rapport with visitors — remembering their names, stories, and preferencesÂ
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front areaÂ
- Use scheduling software and office tech efficientlyÂ
- Help out wherever needed — we’re a collaborative teamÂ
What You NeedÂ
- Calm energy, attention to detail, and a strong team spiritÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentÂ
- Comfortable using digital tools like email, scheduling systems, and databasesÂ
- A strong sense of privacy and confidentiality (or willingness to learn)Â
- 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented rolesÂ
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
