Autowash is building the next generation of tech-enabled infrastructure for physical service businesses. As we prepare for significant growth—including the rollout of advanced automation and scalable operating systems—we are identifying experienced leaders to support the next phase of our operations.

This is not a single, currently open position. Instead, we are building a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for upcoming Senior Manager-level roles focused on operations execution, technology integration, and quality control across a multi-site platform.

These roles will play a critical part in ensuring that new technologies, systems, and processes are deployed effectively—and that our standards are consistently executed at scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Future Scope)

Depending on timing, experience, and business needs, responsibilities may include:

• Leading multi-site operational performance across a defined region or group of locations 
• Supporting the rollout and integration of new technologies, automation systems, and equipment 
• Establishing and enforcing quality control standards across operations and customer experience 
• Partnering with technical teams to troubleshoot, refine, and optimize system performance 
• Driving accountability through structured reporting, KPIs, and field-level coaching 
• Identifying process gaps and building scalable solutions that improve consistency and efficiency 
• Supporting the development of operational playbooks and franchise-ready systems

This is a pipeline posting for future Senior Manager opportunities as our organization continues to scale.

• This is not a fixed, immediate opening with a defined start date 
• We are proactively identifying candidates who may be a strong fit as roles are finalized

• Have a track record of implementing systems, not just maintaining them 
• Thrive in environments with high expectations, accountability, and rapid growth 
• Can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking 
• Understand how to drive consistency and quality at scale 

Experience in industries such as car wash management, automotive services, retail operations, logistics, or similar environments is highly relevant.
