THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER HR COORDINATOR
Â
The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of CorePower’s Human Resources functions. This position is responsible for maintaining and processing highly sensitive employment records, including personnel files, background checks, I-9 forms, payroll information, and data within HR systems. Acting as a primary point of contact for HR transactional support and processes, the HR Coordinator ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of HR data management and employee support.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Support HR Team: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports and audit materials, and ensuring data integrity within HR systems.
Troubleshooting Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR helpdesk, assisting with troubleshooting system access, policy questions, and general HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
HR System Management: Input and update employee data in HRIS and other systems while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Process employee life-cycle transactions in Workday, including new hires, job changes, terminations, and compensation updates, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Communication Liaison: Collaborate with field operations and other departments to address HR transactional support concerns promptly and effectively.
Process Improvement Support: Assist in streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency across the HR team.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned, such as audits, policy updates, or system implementations.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of confidential records maintenance, human resources experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
Experience with Workday a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, and others) for data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent, pro-active customer service orientation
Knowledge of data/record management best practices
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations a plus
Excellent focus and time-management skills
Ability to work independently
COMPENSATION
$20-$22/hour
Bonus potential up to 5%Â
LOCATION
CPY is headquartered in Denver, CO. This position will consider applicants working in the Denver area only who can report into the office two days a week.
