Job Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Infant assistant teacher to lead a classroom of young learners through an engaging and successful school year. In this role, you’ll create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth. You’ll play a vital role in preparing children for their next educational steps in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
  • Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Track and document children’s progress and development
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support each child’s needs
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
  • Follow all safety, health, and classroom management protocols
  • Address and document behavioral or developmental concerns
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development and best teaching practices
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations for preschool classrooms
