Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux server environments. Strong experience administering systems in mid-sized organizations with limited resources. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance. High level of reliability, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive data. Experience implementing practical, cost-effective technology solutions with limited budgets. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and patiently with non-technical staff. Strong alignment with the mission and values of a not-for-profit organization.
