Direct Hire Licensed Practical Nurse Role $31-$38.80 per hour in Lakewood, Colorado
Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected healthcare organization serving the Lakewood, Colorado community.
This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity with excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Responsibilities of the LPN:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment instructions, and care plans.
- Document clinical notes, treatments, and progress in the EMR system.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or RNs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
Qualifications of the LPN:
- Active Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Geriatric experience required; 3+ years in a clinic or long-term care setting preferred.
Compensation and Benefits for the LPN:
- Pay range: $31.00–$38.80/hr (based on experience).
- Full-time schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
