Job Summary

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide virtual counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to create practical treatment plans that support measurable client progress.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
  • Assess client needs and determine appropriate care strategies
  • Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Apply therapeutic interventions based on client presentation
  • Document sessions and maintain compliance standards
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
  • Licensed as an LPC in Colorado
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
  • Experience in clinical counseling or therapy settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
  • 2 weeks PTO
