Must have knowledge of code issues. Fills and maintains field service reports on warranty work and contractor issues. Job requires familiarity with power hand tools, function of door hardware, and how to adjust hardware for optimum performance. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.  Must be able to pass DOT physical. Background check and clean MVR are required.
