ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plans daily maintenance duties

a.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyzes and investigates all work requests

b.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develops all work order-based job plans and manage work order backlog

c.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prioritizing the corrective and project work orders to be planned and scheduled

d.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Listing all materials and any special tools or equipment needed to perform the work to maximize technician wrench time

e.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Estimating cost of each work order in terms of direct labor, materials required and total cost

f.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compiling equipment information into a job package that is ready for technicians to accomplish each shift; clearly communicating the critical steps in the work process

g.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plans all maintenance work, estimates time and resources, and schedules all planned jobs.

2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plans for impending maintenance needs and runs the Preventative Maintenance program

a.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Works with Plant Engineering teams and to support equipment reliability and mechanical integrity programs.

b.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversees plant preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.

c.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identifies the scope and analysis of required level of planning and overall scheduling of maintenance activities given available resources, criticality of work, and available maintenance windows.

d.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tracks and reports on appropriate metrics to monitor and improve maintenance performance and plant reliability.

e.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assists with planning/scheduling effort for major plant turn-around, projects, and equipment overhauls.

3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manages and replenishes parts inventory

a.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for ordering parts, receiving, stocking machine parts for production in correct locations.

b.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform accurate cycle counts to maintain correct inventory levels.

c.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain inventories and replenish as needed all maintenance department consumable supplies.

d.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and control all recyclables: 聽batteries, bulbs, cutting torch tanks, electronics and all other controlled materials used in the maintenance department.

e.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review parts and service proposals to ensure cost-effective value in all purchases with Planning and Purchasing Supervisor as requested.

4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assumes other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Diploma

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to speak, read, and write English Language

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong computer skills - maintenance and inventory software and Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to use Enterprise Software for planning and purchasing, SAP preferable

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintenance background preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to complete root cause analysis failure reports with cooperation of department teams

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong problem-solving skills


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

ACTIVITIES:

Office type environment along with active duties that include walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling.

HEARING:

Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

REPETITIVE MOTION:

Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and or fingers.

VISUAL ABILITIES:

Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents, products, or operate machinery.

PHYSICAL STRENGTH:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Typical office, warehouse, and refrigerated plant environment, with no hazardous or significantly unpleasant working conditions.
