Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands that great maintenance is about more than repairs. It is about creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience and a strong commitment to customer service. We are seeking an individual who is professional, dependable, positive, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to and complete resident service requests
• Perform apartment turns and make-readies
• Complete apartment punch work
• Maintain curb appeal and community grounds
• Troubleshoot and perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Organize and maintain the maintenance shop
• Participate in emergency on-call rotations
• Assist with weekend maintenance needs as required

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, positive, and "can-do" attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• Availability for on-call responsibilities and weekend work
