General Job Description:
Data entry and administrative clerk for food manufacturing facility. This job requires 8 hours- Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

As a food manufacturing facility, all employees are responsible for Food Safety.

Add to Production schedule the amount and type of butter needed.
Creates Materials list
Creates Lot# and add it to the production schedule.
Provide materials list to warehouse to do weekly counts and add counts to list.
Creates batch records for the following week to be ahead of production needs.
Prints finish goods labels for production as needed.
Creates the batch record (assemblies) on ERP System - ACCTVATE.
Calculate consumption and assures everything is filled correctly.
Must Post Assemblies (Batch Records) on ACCTVATE no later than the day after production is completed.
Receiving report as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
Experience: Specify if required or preferred

- Prefer experience withing FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Understanding of ERP-System
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn addition computer software and skills.
- 1-2 years of general food manufacturing experience

- Attention to detail, ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Organized to get through daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Ability to multitask
