For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a National Programs Project Coordinator to support the growth and execution of national customer programs across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of account management, project coordination, print production, and customer experience, ensuring national accounts receive exceptional service and seamless execution from initial prospecting through final delivery.

This is not a purely administrative coordination role, and it is not solely customer service support. This is a fast-moving, detail-oriented position for someone who can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders, and maintain operational excellence under tight deadlines.

The National Programs Project Coordinator acts as a central connector between national customers, AlphaGraphics franchise centers, and internal teams. You will help ensure projects move efficiently, customers stay informed, franchise partners are supported, and every deliverable meets quality, timing, and service expectations.

The National Programs Project Coordinator will report to the Country Manager.

  • Assist in the client prospecting and lead development phase, including creating customer-specific proposals and supporting the RFP process
  • Onboard new accounts and execute legal and financial documentation to ensure smooth customer set-up and transition
  • Manage relationships with active national accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate complex projects between national customers and AlphaGraphics franchise centers, ensuring high-quality execution, attention to detail, and timely delivery
  • Monitor projects and events from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any last-minute issues or concerns
  • Maintain visibility into project timelines, shipping logistics, and delivery deadlines, utilizing available resources to provide accurate updates to customers
  • Update and prepare customer design files for print production, including resizing artwork, adding bleeds, fixing missing links, and troubleshooting basic file issues
  • Handle centralized billing and invoicing processes with accuracy while maintaining a basic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and profit margins
  • Assist with monthly reporting related to National Programs performance, including revenue tracking, YoY growth, lead pipeline updates, customer projects, and franchise location involvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, finance, and franchise partners to support program growth and execution
  • Create presentations and supporting materials in Google Slides for internal and external audiences
Requirements:
  • Experience using Google Workspace, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting concepts
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both written and verbal

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
  • Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions

  • Print industry knowledge, including file types, substrates, sizing, and print methods
  • Experience in account management and/or customer service environments
