Job DetailsJob Location: Denver, CO 80235Salary Range: $19.40 - $19.40 Hourly This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit eligible position that reports to the Custodial Supervisor. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The hours for this position are from 4pm-12:30am with a half an hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Duties & Responsibilities: Daily duties as assigned  Clean bathrooms Clean Classrooms Clean office spaces Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc. Assist with event set ups including cleaning the dining hall or other spaces as designated.  Other duties as assigned Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent  Strong communication skills in English preferred Custodial Experience Preferred  Knowledge, Skills & Ability: Ability to make decisions and problem solve relative to urgency. Ability to prioritize and coordinate a multitude of tasks Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under stress making time sensitive decisions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Physical Requirements: Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift, pull, & push up to 50 lbs.
