We're looking for someone with strong leadership and customer service skills, executive-level budgeting skills, and most of all, a great work ethic. This leader will wear many different hats and have to be able to work quickly to solve problems. We need an independent thinker and someone who can maintain a great culture for our Ambassadors, as well as the clients we serve.

Annual Salary: $60,000.00/yearly

Preferred Experiences/Skillset:

Required Experiences/Skillset:

  • Administrative abilities
  • Social skills
  • Knowledge of the local area

Preferred Certifications:

  • Arborist/Landscaping/Maintenance certification
  • Pressure washing certification

Required Licensure:

  • Valid CO Driver's License

Specific daily responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor may include:

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team!
  • Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploy according to daily needs.
  • Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program.聽Problem-solving is a very big part of what we do.聽(We need an innovator to lead our team.)
  • Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.)
  • Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures.

  • You like a varied work schedule. Event support is a must, and the Operations Supervisor will need to lead the team during event seasons.

Qualifications
Professionalism:聽聽Must maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and overall Block by Block standards of expected professionalism.
Physical Abilities:聽Must have the physical capacity to walk continuously during an eight-hour shift, with normal breaks (two fifteen-minute, and one thirty-minute meal break). Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear.
Communication:聽Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in order to create basic reports.
Computer Skills:聽Must be proficient in computer usage and in Microsoft Office products.
