Compensation:Â
$48/hour – Pre-Licensed CliniciansÂ
$55/hour – Licensed CliniciansÂ
Additional compensation differentials may be available based on:Â
Spanish language proficiencyÂ
EMDR or specialized clinical trainingÂ

As a Therapist with Center for Resilience Strategies, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse client population. Essential ResponsibilitiesÂ
Provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.Â
Deliver high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.Â
Establish strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professionalism.Â
Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.Â
Maintain ethical practice standards and client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.Â
