Job Description:

  • Apply masking materials to metal parts according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
  • Prepare parts for painting by ensuring proper cleaning and surface treatment.
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and adherence to customer and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
  • Reviews each work order prior to beginning work.
  • Completes all preparation processes for parts according to internal and external specifications.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assists with upholding department 5S standards throughout the day and at the end of shift.
  • Follows paperwork flow, QA, Shop Floor, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Attendance is a critical component of position: punctual, regular and predictable.
  • Maintains neat, legible handwriting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
