Prep - Part Time

The Job:

• Assemble and prep ingredients adhering to Snarf’s standards
• A friendly and open demeanor 
• Writing orders legibly and accurately
• Filling orders accurately
• Knowledge of menu and promotions
• Keep all workspaces clean and organized
• Prep workers need to be comfortable utilizing a commercial deli slicer
• Safe handling of knifes and conveyer ovens
• Maintain dining room cleanliness throughout
• High level of customer service
• Basic Math Skills
• Right down the street from DU, it will be fast-paced and busy!
• Flexibly in schedule with a minimum of 14 hours for part-time including weekends and holidays (Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving)
