We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, able to commit to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Work within an order management system to retrieve and audit daily files.
- Create workorders.
- Work in conjunction with Homeowner Associations and permitting to track progress to ensure approvals.
- Audit orders to release to order Que.
- Verify order confirmations for accuracy.
- Upload all verified orders into order management system.
- Work closely with internal departmental teams.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with high volume data entry tasks.
- Time Management and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
