2026 Summer Intern

 

Location:

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 10350 E. Dakota Ave., Denver, CO 80247.

 

Department Details:

MAIT's mission is to provide issue resolution and increase process efficiency to augment our customer's experience and ultimately support the broader vision that KP is easy to do business with.  MAIT's function is to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the resolution of commercial employer group issues. In addition, implement successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Contributes to business strategy and supports organizational 
alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

 

Internship Projects:

Organize internal MAIT DLPs and resources, coordinate meetings for outstanding projects, monitor aging case and KPMC tickets, document processes.

  • Performing additional duties as required.

  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
