As the Property Manager, you'll serve as the leader of your community, responsible for driving property performance, developing your team, and ensuring residents receive an exceptional experience every day. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the property portfolio Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and ownership groups Manage property budgets and financial performance Oversee leasing efforts, occupancy goals, and resident retention initiatives Supervise and mentor the Assistant Property Manager and onsite team Partner with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, scheduling, and supply management Review and approve property expenses and purchasing decisions Support rent collection, work order management, security deposits, and rentable item administration Collaborate with ownership and stakeholders to execute community goals, capital projects, and improvement initiatives Build positive relationships with a diverse resident population while addressing their needs professionally and efficiently Create and manage budgets aligned with client and ownership objectives Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of property management experience overseeing scattered-site properties Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional presence and positive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to lead teams, prioritize multiple projects, and drive results Experience with Yardi property management software Experience managing student housing or multifamily communities Proven success in budgeting and property financial management Compensation Package  Estimated compensation package $75,000-$85,000 to include base salary, leasing commissions, and performance bonus opportunities 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary Medical, Dental, Vision (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance Company Cell Phone Working Conditions  Full time in office from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday.
