Position Overview:
As a QMAP at The Argyle, you play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and dignity. You will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and fostering a warm, supportive environment that enhances our residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications safely and accurately according to QMAP regulations and individual care plans.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
Observe and report changes in residents' health conditions to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
Provide compassionate support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Uphold the highest standards of unreasonable hospitality by going above and beyond for residents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure an exceptional care experience.

Qualifications:
Current QMAP certification in the state of Colorado.
Experience working with seniors in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
