The Inspector/Bagger inspects products coming through the bagger for defects. Uses an air hose to remove dust. Uses scissors to trim excess threads. If mattresses or box springs does not conform to appropriate standards, sends back to rework area for repair. If the inspection is being conducted at the end of the matt or box spring conveyor, the inspector may also operate the packing machine. This involves feeding the matt/box to the machine and replenishing rolls of plastic.
