Stay in for the quiet nights with 24-hour room service, savour locally sourced ingredients prepared by classically trained chefs, slip into bliss with handcrafted cocktails at EDGE Restaurant & Bar or unwind at our spa with a selection of rejuvenating treatments.BASIC PURPOSE: Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the residents’ needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.Â

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Â
Â
1. Handles all Resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.Â

2. Provides a safe and comfortable ride for Residents. Assures that the resident car is in good repair and is stocked with the necessary amenities such as bottled water, current newspapers and magazines. Has strong knowledge of the local area so that the Resident can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time.Â

3. Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.Â

4. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.Â

5. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Â
Â
6. Assure that information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions as well as Resident communications are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.Â

7. Stores and retrieves Resident luggage and packages.Â

8. Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billingÂ

9. Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.Â

10. Enforce rules and regulations with residents. Â
Â
Preferred Qualifications and SkillsÂ
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressureÂ
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skillsÂ
• Ability to work with minimal supervisionÂ
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishÂ
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United StatesÂ
