Job DetailsJob Location: Denver - Denver, CO 80222Salary Range: $60.00 - $125.00 HourlyAMI-Wellness Home Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide weekend-focused on-call support for home health patients in the Denver metro area. This role begins Friday by assisting with patient care transitions into the weekend and continues through Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday on-call availability. The nurse will support Starts of Care, Resumptions of Care, Readmissions, and skilled nursing follow-up visits as needed. Compensation includes a $500 flat weekend on-call stipend, plus additional per-visit pay for visits completed during the on-call period. Visit rates generally range from approximately $60–$100 per visit, depending on visit type. This is a strong opportunity for a nurse who enjoys independent field work, wants consistent weekend-focused income, and prefers flexibility during the traditional workweek. Responsibilities include: Supporting patient care transitions into and through the weekend Completing SOCs, resumptions, readmissions, and skilled nursing revisits as needed Responding to patient/caregiver needs during weekend on-call coverage Assessing changes in condition and coordinating with physicians and agency leadership Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation Supporting continuity of care for home health patients Requirements: Active Colorado RN license Home health experience preferred OASIS experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and follow-through AMI-Wellness Home Health is a locally operated home health agency serving patients throughout the Denver metro area.
