We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Technician II who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, travel, and be part of a team building cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and service robotic and automated systems at customer sites.
- Work directly on the production floor — diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Use your tools and problem-solving skills to keep systems running — not just behind a desk, but hands-on.
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to ensure smooth installs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Travel regularly up to 75%Â across the U.S. and internationally to support projects.
- Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude — comfortable “turning wrenches” and working in real-world environments.
- Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to travel and represent NOVA Automation at customer sites.
- Veterans, trade school grads, and candidates with related field service experience encouraged to apply.
- Candidates outside of Colorado with related field service experience encouraged to apply as well (relocation and remote work available).Â

Compensation: $40.00 – 60.00 hourly
