About the Role
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A to support the Finance team in a variety of corporate finance initiatives solving critical finance, strategy, and operations-related problems across the organization. This role offers a unique ability to work across teams to see how a fast-growing business operates and is a great platform to learn how to operationalize change at scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong attention to detail, and can multi-task in a results-oriented environment.

You will be involved in various initiatives centered around short and long-term financial planning for shared services and G&A functions, optimizing finance systems, and integrating AI to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Planning & Forecasting: Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by partnering with business leaders across shared services and G&A functions to gather inputs, track performance, and deliver accurate and timely financial plans aligned with corporate targets
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making
Performance Management Reporting: Create and support monthly executive team reports, board materials, and ad-hoc analyses; build clear, actionable performance narratives for leadership
Systems & Data Management: Own and manage the company's planning platform, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy for financial reporting and analysis; identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to ensure Finance model assumptions reflect the latest business inputs and meet reporting and control standards
Team Development: Mentor and train junior staff; provide analytical support on key projects and initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Team
4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate finance
Excellent skills in financial modeling and forecasting
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Team player who can work well independently and with limited direction
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Detail-orientation with a focus on accuracy and precision
Growth Mindset

MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Aleph, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
Client or industry experience in Technology, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Energy
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $136,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
