Where You Will Work:

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.

Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced FP&A Team!  You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

What You Will Do: 

  • Support AIR’s financial reporting by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for 3rd Parties and the executive team.
  • Keep the business running with crisp execution of our month-end accounting and financial processes.
  • Illuminate the road ahead with support for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.
  • Help our leaders understand the business and make strategic decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information.
  • Make the business better by contributing to diagnosis of complex problems, and the development and implementation of projects to solve them.
  • Challenge yourself and the team to get better each day by adding new skillsets, tools, and perspectives.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Ideally 3-6 years of experience in analytical focused position with leadership ambitions.
  • Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills.
  • A collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and continuously seeks opportunities to grow skill set, expertise, and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Combines detail-oriented focus and a big-picture perspective.
  • Experience with our reporting tools Adaptive and Workday is beneficial but not required.
  • Any experience with SQL, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team.

  • Expected base salary of $90,000- $105,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
