The Senior I/O Psychologist/Psychometrician will design, validate, implement, and continue improvement of personnel assessment tools to support hiring and selection of personnel.

 

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Qualifications

  • 10 years experience in federal personnel assessment tools
  • Master's Degree in I/O Psychology 
  • Public Trust Clearance
