 What You'll Be Doing

  •  Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
  •  Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth
  •  Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
  • ️ Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
  •  Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.

 What You Bring

âś… PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
âś… 8+ years of structural engineering experience
✅ Experience managing design + construction phases
âś… Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
âś… Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
✅ Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
